Kerry Washington must be a fan of fantasy… because I think she is jockeying for a role on Game of Thrones in this Chainmail inspired Marc Jacobs Dress… if there is one thing you should know about Stephanie – it’s I love me some Marc Jacobs – and some chainmail – go slay the beast Kerry – just like you slayed the red carpet…
Kimmy Schmidt is one of my favorite shows and I was disappointed that it didn’t win any awards – however – it should have won something just so we could see Ellie Kemper more in this colorful dress by Naeem Khan – I like it – I couldn’t wear it but I like it
Ok, so if there are 2 things you should know about me – it’s I love Marc Jacobs and I love Polka Dots… I don’t know who this girl is – I don’t know why she is at The Emmy’s but I want her dress —
Mad Men is over — but that doesn’t mean you should just get lazy and wear jeans to the Emmy’s Kiernan Shipka – they were Dior but they still looked like black jeans – I’ll give you a break though cause you are young – you were born the year I finished high school —- Maybe I am too old to get it.
Again, don’t know who this is or where her dress comes from but bold black and white pattern – i like it…
I loved Transparent another one of my favorite shows this year and so happy it took home so many awards – and it’s more polka dots so Jill Solloway gets a double win – though I would have preferred she break up the matchy match with a solid black blouse… but I dig polka dots – so whatevs… however, I hate the galosh platform shoes….
Maisie, Maisie, Maisie…. darling are you wearing a dress made from a crappy motel room comforter? Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones (like my other favorite TV show) wore this weird Ermanno Scervino dress – with some Baby Spice meets Clueless heels… I did not like it – but loved her makeup… at least.
Another dress I would totally wear but would probably ask for them to add straps to was Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Oscar de la Renta gown… I like a lot of ODLR dresses but I liked the navy and the purple and the sweetheart neckline – I just know if I wore it I’d be pulling it up the whole night…
Don’t know who she is or what she’s wearing but I kinda like it – and kinda hate it and am imagining she must taste or at least smell like peppermint — she is cosplaying as a candy cane, right?
Lady Sif is always perfection just gorgeous… and Jamie Alexander who is so kind and came up to me one day at one of my favorite local eateries and told me how cute i was and how much she loved my dress – as I love her as Sif I was overwhelmed and honored. I am sorry to say I cannot return the compliment today as she wore an Armani Prive gown which surprisingly looks better in this picture than it did on stage. I love the colors I love the silhouette – I just don’t like the pattern… and it becomes unflattering some how which I did’t know was possible for her… However I give her props for trying something bold and different – i probably would have picked it too…
Have to also give props to my cousin, Maris… she looked gorgeous last night as she strutted her stuff at the awards and the HBO party…
(I know we look a lot a like but it’s not me…)
